Accounting, compliance and MIS reporting for businesses in Pune

We set up your registrations, keep your books and file your GST, TDS, payroll and ROC returns on a fixed monthly calendar. For established businesses, we prepare monthly MIS reports and work alongside you as a virtual CFO, so profit, cash and receivables are clear every month.

We reply within one working day. Office hours: Every day, 10 am to 8 pm.

How an engagement starts

Nothing begins until the scope, schedule and fee are agreed in writing.

  1. You get in touch

Message us, call, or send the enquiry form. Tell us about your business and what you need.

  2. A short call

15 to 20 minutes to understand the business, your current books and filings, and your timelines.

  3. Scope in writing

An engagement letter sets out the work, the calendar, what we need from you and the fee.

  4. Monthly routine

We follow the agreed calendar and keep you updated on what's done and what's coming up.

Common questions

Which accounting software do you work with?

We work in the software you already use, such as Tally Prime, Zoho Books or Busy. If you're starting out, we'll help you choose one that suits the size and type of your business.

Do you work with businesses outside Pune?

Yes. Most of the work happens online, over email, messages and video calls. For businesses in and around Pune, we also meet in person at our office or yours.

How are fees decided?

Fees depend on the scope of work: the registrations involved, how many transactions you record each month, the size of your payroll and how often you need reports. We share a written quote after a short call.

How do you keep our information confidential?

Your records are used only for the work you engage us for. Access is limited to the people working on your account, portal logins are kept in a password manager, and we ask for financial documents by email or a shared folder rather than chat.

Can we start with one service and add the other later?

Yes. A common path is to start with accounting and compliance, then add monthly MIS reporting once the books are in a steady routine.
