Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data Sarvesh V Toshniwal & Associates, Chartered Accountants ("we") collects through this website and WhatsApp enquiries, why we use it and the choices you have. It is written with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind.
What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, mobile number, email (optional), business name (optional), type of business, the service you are interested in and your message.
- WhatsApp, phone and email: whatever you choose to send us when you contact us.
- Website usage: if analytics are switched on, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel use cookies to record pages visited, device and browser type and approximate location. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss the services you asked about.
- If you become a client, to provide the services set out in our engagement letter.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
We use enquiry details on the basis of the consent you give on the form or by contacting us. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us; we will then stop contacting you about the enquiry.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not add enquirers to marketing or broadcast lists. Data is handled by service providers who work for us: our web host and email provider and, if analytics are on, Google and Meta. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for the periods required by law and professional standards.
Your rights
You can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. Write to info@casvt.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies
Analytics cookies are set only if analytics are switched on for this website. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the website will still work.
Security
Enquiries are stored in a private folder that is not accessible from the web, and access is limited to the people who handle them.
